Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 250 g spring onions
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bunch basil
- 400 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, Indonesian
- 1 tbsp sugar
- rapeseed oil
- n. B. Glass noodles, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the meat into small strips and fry in a little oil. Wash the bell peppers and spring onions. Cut the bell peppers into small strips, and halve the spring onions and then chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped vegetables to the meat. Mix the curry paste with the coconut milk and pour it over the meat and vegetables. Bring everything to a boil. Finally, season with soy sauce and sugar, and thicken slightly if necessary. Serve the strips in an Asian bowl with cooked glass noodles.
