Turkey strips with melted tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast, shredded
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Light, delicious SIS – suitable

Sear the turkey strips. Slice the spring onions into rings and fry briefly. Sauté the cherry tomatoes (halved if desired) and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Serve with rice.
