Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaghetti or penne
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- salt and pepper
- Broth, instant
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
very simple and delicious
Cook the spaghetti or penne until al dente. Sauté the sliced spring onions in a pan or wok, along with the cocktail tomatoes (halved if desired). Season with salt, pepper, and stock powder, if desired, and stir in the cooked pasta. Serve and sprinkle with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
