Turkey strips with spinach and spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 50 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thaw the spinach. Peel the onion and slice thinly. Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and cut into strips. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meat, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Add the onions, stir in the creamed spinach and double cream cheese after about 5 minutes, and let melt. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and stir into the meat sauce. Serve.
