- 350 g pasta
- 350 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 280 ml barbecue sauce
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated

The great thing about this recipe is that you prepare everything in a pan or saucepan. The pasta is cooked in the sauce until tender. This gives it a much more aromatic flavor than if it were cooked in salted water. First, cut the chicken, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces. Then fry the chicken and onion pieces. Add the bell pepper and fry for a while. Now mix the vegetable stock with the garlic granules and add it to the pan or saucepan along with the tomatoes, pasta, and BBQ sauce. Bring everything to a boil and simmer gently until the pasta is al dente, according to the package instructions. Finally, season the sauce with salt and black pepper and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
