Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 turkey schnitzel
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 100 ml cream
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into strips, slice the mushrooms, and thinly slice the spring onions. Brown the turkey schnitzel in a little oil. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until most of the mushroom liquid has evaporated. Now add the spring onions. Sauté briefly and deglaze with water and vegetable stock. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the cream and simmer gently for another 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice or spaetzle.
