Low-carb herb tomato pan with juicy poultry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g poultry meat
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 some oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 large onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the chicken, mushrooms, and tomatoes into small pieces. Brown the meat in a little oil and season with a little chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Then add the onions and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
