Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 600 g tomatoes (ripe vine tomatoes)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- ½ bunch chives
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper

for any celebration, ideal with rice or baguette
Cut the schnitzel into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and dust lightly with flour. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and add it to the onion. Heat the oil and sear the turkey in batches until translucent, then set aside. Sauté the onion and garlic in the cooking oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes, meat, and cream, and simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and chives and stir into the minced meat. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Done.
