Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, raw, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 m.-large zucchini, diced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 1 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
- 500 g turkey breast, roasted, diced
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and dice the vegetables. Sauté in olive oil and sauté over low heat until al dente. Add the pizza tomatoes and season to taste. Finally, add the turkey and cook for another 5 minutes.
