Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (alternatively turkey)
  • 300 g vegetables (frozen buttered vegetables)
  • 1 bag of potatoes (frozen rösti wedges)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp herb(s) for sprinkling
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), coarsely grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika and mix thoroughly. Mix the thawed buttered vegetables with the mixture and place them in a shallow baking dish. Spread the hash browns evenly on top. Then, thoroughly mix the cream and sour cream with the herb mixture and spread over the hash browns. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 60 minutes. A fresh, crisp summer salad goes perfectly with this.
