Turkey with spring onions and cashew nuts from the wok

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • some salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and cut into large cubes. Mix the soy sauce and honey to make a marinade and marinate the meat for about an hour. Wash and trim the spring onions, then cut them into diamond-shaped pieces about 3 cm long. Heat the oil in a wok, remove the meat from the marinade, and sear them all over in the hot oil. Add the spring onions and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the cashew nuts and the remaining marinade, season with freshly ground pepper, and fry everything for another minute. Serve with mie noodles.
