Turkish carrot salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Fry them in a pan with oil, sprinkle with sugar until the carrots caramelize, being careful not to burn. Crush 2 garlic cloves, mix with 500g natural yogurt, and fold in the carrots.
