spicy and very tasty

A recipe my boyfriend and I created. First, pour plenty of hot water over the bulgur in a bowl. While it’s soaking for about half an hour, cut the bell pepper, onion, and spring onion into fairly large pieces and set them aside. Mix the oil, paprika paste, tomato paste, honey, sambal oelek, a good dash of lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika powder well in a bowl. Once the bulgur has absorbed all the water, pour the mixed dressing over it and mix well. Add the bell pepper, onion, and spring onion and mix well. Finally, add the torn parsley. Stir well again and season to taste. After several hours in the refrigerator, the bulgur salad is well-seasoned and can now be served.
