Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 500 g natural yogurt, Turkish
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions

a slightly different salad with carrots
Wash, peel, and grate the carrots, then fry briefly in oil. Cover and sauté for 10-12 minutes, then let cool. Mix the yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic, season to taste, and pour into a bowl. Add the carrots to the yogurt, fold in, and sprinkle with parsley.
