Turkish chicken salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • e.g. Dill, fresh
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 jar walnuts, crushed
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the chicken pieces until tender and then chop or shred them into small pieces. Chop the dill. Then, in a bowl, mix the chicken pieces, dill, walnuts, paprika (about 1 teaspoon), and a generous amount of salt. Crush the garlic cloves and mix with the yogurt and a little salt. Spread the chicken mixture on a serving plate and pour the yogurt mixture over it. Brown the oil and a little paprika in a pan and drizzle over the salad. Garnish with parsley.
