Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sliced ​​onion(s)
  • 7 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • rosemary
  • 250 g toast bread, diced
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic to taste
  • 8 eggs
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the onion slices in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and season with rosemary and salt. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Toast the bread cubes in the remaining oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Sprinkle the cubes over the onions, place the eggs on top, and let them set in a preheated oven at 225°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with a green salad.
