Pour the feta cheese cubes into a sieve, reserving the oil. Slice the mushrooms. Trim and stripe the bell peppers. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Fry the minced meat in about 3 tablespoons of the reserved oil until browned and crumbly. Add half of the mushrooms and sauté. Now add the bell pepper strips and garlic and sauté. After about 5 minutes, stir in the crème fraîche and oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish and arrange the remaining mushrooms on top. Finally, sprinkle the drained feta cheese cubes and crumbled feta cheese on top. Bake the casserole for about 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven). Serve with tzatziki, flatbread, and/or rice.
