Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (approx. 150 g)
- 1 cup of sour cream (approx. 150 g)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

great for warm days
Mix the yogurt and sour cream. Crush the garlic and add it to the yogurt, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped parsley and season to taste. Chill! Cook the pasta. Clean the zucchini, coarsely grate one zucchini and cut the other into strips. Fry the minced meat and onion in oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the grated zucchini to the minced meat and fry briefly. Fry the sliced zucchini separately. To serve: First, spoon the pasta into deep plates. Then spread the minced meat on top. Arrange the fried zucchini slices on top and finally add a dollop of yogurt.
