Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g yogurt, Turkish cream yogurt
  • 25 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Paprika powder Isot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with fresh flatbread or pan-fried and grilled dishes

Place the softest possible fresh feta cheese and Turkish cream yogurt in a blender. Drain the dried tomatoes in the seasoned oil and add to the feta cheese. Add the tomato paste and freshly crushed garlic. Blend the Turkish feta cheese until smooth and season with a little Turkish isot paprika. Salt is not necessary, as the feta cheese is already salty enough. Turkish feta cheese tastes great with fresh flatbread or pan-fried or grilled dishes.
