Spinach – with Turkish Touch
The perfect spinach – with turkish touch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Fresh spinach
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 4 Toes Chopped garlic
- 4 sheet Fresh mint
- 0,5 a cup Cream 30% fat
- Salt, pepper, curry
- I bought the spinach from the Turkish, you could take some of the stalks with you
- Wash the spinach and roughly chop it, remove the stems beforehand and leave some of them behind
- Fry the onion and add the spinach stalks. Fry for a while
- Then add the remaining spinach, do not let it get too soft
- Add the spices as well as the finely chopped garlic and the mint and fill up with cream, let it simmer, season to taste, season again if necessary
