Tutti-frutti-vanilla Pudding

The perfect tutti-frutti-vanilla pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pck Custard powder for boiling
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 0,2 l Cream
  • 1 pck Cream stiff
  • 4 essl Sugar
  • Pastry leftovers
  • Sour cherry jam
  1. Prepare custard according to the instructions, cover with cling film and allow to cool.
  2. Beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cream stiffener with the mixer until stiff and stir into the cold pudding with a whisk.
  3. Chop up the leftover pastry and pour it into a bowl, sprinkle with jam and pour the pudding over it. Decorate to your liking.
  4. Now at strawberry season, strawberries marinated in sugar also go well with it.
