Tutti-frutti-vanilla Pudding
The perfect tutti-frutti-vanilla pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pck Custard powder for boiling
- 500 ml Milk
- 0,2 l Cream
- 1 pck Cream stiff
- 4 essl Sugar
- Pastry leftovers
- Sour cherry jam
- Prepare custard according to the instructions, cover with cling film and allow to cool.
- Beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cream stiffener with the mixer until stiff and stir into the cold pudding with a whisk.
- Chop up the leftover pastry and pour it into a bowl, sprinkle with jam and pour the pudding over it. Decorate to your liking.
- Now at strawberry season, strawberries marinated in sugar also go well with it.
