Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (lemon sorbet)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Marinated strawberries and kiwi with mint and lemon sorbet.

Peel and finely dice the kiwi. Rinse and finely dice the strawberries. Place everything in a bowl, mix with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice, and let marinate for 5 minutes. Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the fruit, mixing well. Divide the fruit salad between two dessert bowls and serve with a scoop of lemon sorbet on each.
