Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 400 ml water
- ¼ cube of yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g fried onions
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onions and sauté in oil until translucent. Let cool slightly. Knead the flour with the yeast, salt, and sugar until well combined (approx. 5 minutes). Then add the onions and fried onions and mix everything well. Place the dough in a large, floured container with a lid and let it rise in the refrigerator for approx. 10 to 12 hours. Preheat oven to 240°C. Place the dough on a floured work surface (do not knead any further) and cut into 3 equal pieces, turning 2 to 3 times. Then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the whole thing on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Bake at 240°C for the first 15 minutes and at 220°C for the remaining 15 minutes.
