Two Funghi Soup – Dry Version
The perfect two funghi soup – dry version recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dry ingredients
- 5 g Mu-Err mushrooms, dried, finely crumbled
- 5 g Shii-Take mushrooms, dried, finely crumbled
- 30 g Glass noodles
- 8 g Salt
- 0,25 g Chili powder
- 0,5 g Lovage, dried
- 12 g Food starch
Liquid ingredients
- 25 ml Dark soy sauce
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 1000 ml Water
- Cook all ingredients as they are for 20-30 minutes.
- Soy sauce was replaced with salt, glutamate and sugar in the dry soup
- Lemon juice was replaced with citric acid in the dry soup
