Ingredients
 

Dry ingredients

  • 5 g Mu-Err mushrooms, dried, finely crumbled
  • 5 g Shii-Take mushrooms, dried, finely crumbled
  • 30 g Glass noodles
  • 8 g Salt
  • 0,25 g Chili powder
  • 0,5 g Lovage, dried
  • 12 g Food starch

Liquid ingredients

  • 25 ml Dark soy sauce
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 1000 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Cook all ingredients as they are for 20-30 minutes.
  • Soy sauce was replaced with salt, glutamate and sugar in the dry soup
  • Lemon juice was replaced with citric acid in the dry soup
