Two Kinds of Mascarpone Yogurt Cream

The perfect two kinds of mascarpone yogurt cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 400 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Cookies
  • 150 g Fresh strawberries
  • 50 g Instant coffee powder
  • Advocaat
  • 5 Pc. Mint leaves
  1. Put the yoghurt, mascarpone, cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and mix with the mixer. Share the crowd. Add half of the instant coffee powder and stir well. Put the cookies in a freezer bag and crumble them.
  2. Place the cookie crumbs in the jars as the first layer so that the base is well covered. Then fill the coffee cream, about halfway up the glass. Place the washed, cleaned and quartered strawberries on top as a layer. Then cover them lightly with a good egg liqueur. This is followed by the yoghurt mascarpone cream. On top another layer of cookie crumbs and a whole strawberry as a decoration.
  3. Place glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf before serving.
