Two Kinds of Pasta

The perfect two kinds of pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Chicken, bacon and spinach pasta:

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Pc. Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 70 g Fresh spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 230 ml Cream
  • 70 g Fusilli
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley

Salami mince tomato pasta:

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Salami
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 230 g Tomato sauce
  • 70 g Fusilli
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp Basil

Chicken, bacon and spinach pasta:

  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry the bacon and break it into small pieces. Cook the fusilli.
  2. Fry the chicken pieces in the oil.
  3. Add the bacon, garlic, spinach, salt and pepper until the spinach collapses.
  4. Mix in the cream, fusilli, Parmesan and parsley.

Salami mince tomato pasta:

  1. Dice the salami and onion, cook the fusilli.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the salami pieces in it. Add the onion and minced meat and fry. Salt and pepper.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer briefly and serve.
