Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Spirelli pasta
  • 125 g Farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 packet Ham cubes
  • 3 Wiener sausages
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 2 Carrots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry powder
  • 200 ml Water
  • Italian herbs

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as usual. Peel the carrots. Cut the sausages and carrots into small pieces or slices. Briefly fry the ham cubes in a non-stick pan, then add the sausages and fry them with them. Add the water, cream and creme fraiche and the carrots. Now season with salt, pepper, Italian herbs and curry powder. Simmer until the carrots are through, then add the noodles.
