with ham
Heat the butter in a pan, add the finely diced raw ham, diced onion, and chopped garlic, and sauté until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms, which have been cleaned with a kitchen towel, to the pan and sauté. Season with chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Deglaze with white wine and reduce. Stir in the crème fraîche. Toast the white bread, fry the pork loin steaks, and arrange on a plate. For a heartier dish, use strips of bacon instead of the ham.
