Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g yogurt, neutral
- 90 g cucumber(s), grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mint, finely chopped

Cucumber with yogurt and mint
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to develop.
