Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 50 g sugar, brown
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g chocolate sprinkles (chocolate drops)
  • 60 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until creamy. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together and stir in. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts with a wooden spoon. Scoop out equal portions with a teaspoon, form small balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
