Tzaziki or Garlic Cream
The perfect tzaziki or garlic cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 cups Crème fraîche with herbs 10% fat
- 1 cups Lean quark 250gr
- 1 tbsp Buko cream cheese balance
- 2 Pc. Pressed garlic
- 2 tbsp Balsamic cream bianco
- Salt, pepper, chilli and honey
- Mix the cream fraiche, low-fat quark & cream cheese with balsamic cream until smooth.
- Press the garlic cloves and add them to the cream. The number of garlic cloves can of course vary as they like 😉
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli & honey.
- You can refine the whole thing with a few extra herbs, grated cucumber and a little lemon – but it doesn’t have to be!
- If you replace the honey with stevia, you can save a few calories!
