Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- e.g. herbs (chives or similar)

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Using leftovers for protein
Pour the egg whites into a lightly greased soufflé dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs, and fold in slightly with a fork. Set in the microwave. For one serving, about 1 minute at 600 watts is enough. Turn the dish upside down and eat. The white soufflé with the green herb pieces makes a great color, for example, on a mirror of tomato sauce (deep red) or mustard sauce (yellow).
