Salted Caramel Cupcakes Batter:

  • 1,5 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Cocoa
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • Salt
  • 0,5 Cup Soda
  • 0,5 Cup Oil
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Frosting:

  • 250 g Butter
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 15 Pc. Caramel candies
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 ml Cream

Cereal Milk Ice Cream:

  • 2 Cups Whipped cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 0,5 Cup Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Frosties
  • 1 Cup Kelloggs
  • Protein

Cranberry Bars:

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 0,25 Cup Sugar
  • Salt
  • 0,75 Cup Cold butter
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 0,25 Cup Beet syrup
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Chopped almonds
  • Cranberries

Salted Caramel Cupcakes:

  1. To prepare the salted caramel, put the sweets in a saucepan with 250 ml of cream.
  2. Melt over medium heat with patience while stirring.
  3. As soon as no more lumps of candy are visible, pour the sauce through a sieve into a measuring bottle and let it cool down.
  4. For the dough, beat the oil, sparkling water, vanilla extract, eggs and both sugar to a frothy mass.
  5. Add the dry ingredients and mix everything until there are no more lumps.
  6. 12 Fill the muffin molds and bake at 170 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. After cooling, make a hole in the middle of the muffin with an apple cutter and fill with caramel sauce and frosting.
  8. For the frosting, the butter is whipped until it is completely white and frothy for 5 minutes on the highest setting.
  9. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt and caramel sauce and stir.
  10. Then decorate the cupcakes with frosting and chill.
  11. Place the caramel sauce in the microwave for about 1 minute to make it liquid again. Then sprinkle on the cold cupcakes and garnish with coarse salt.
  12. Take the cupcakes out of the refrigerator 45 minutes before serving so that the frosting is nice and creamy.

Cereal Milk Ice Cream:

  1. Let the cornflakes stand in the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt for at least 5 hours.
  2. Drain the mixture through a sieve and add the egg white.
  3. Take out about 30 minutes before serving so that it is not too cold.

Cranberry Bars:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add cold butter cubes and knead.
  3. Press into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs, syrup, sugar and melted butter with vanilla until frothy.
  5. Pour on the hot base and top with the almonds and cranberries.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes.
