Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 3 cocktail tomatoes
  • 10 leaves of celery greens
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

Stir honey, balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock powder, salt, lemon juice, and finally oil into the quark. Then chop the cucumber, tomatoes, chili, and garlic as finely as possible and add. Finely chop the celery leaves and add. Refrigerate for at least three hours before serving. Serve with boiled potatoes or hearty bread.
