Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 trout(s) (alternatively whitefish), smoked
- 200 g beef, cooked
- 3 gherkins
- 3 tbsp tartar sauce
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fillet and debone the fish. Finely chop the fish fillets, beef (or ham), and cucumber. Mix with the tartar sauce and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally, garnish with the tomato and egg (both sliced). A Pilsner or a Franconian Riesling pairs well with the drink.
