Cocoa shell tea, as I know it from my grandmother
Place the cocoa shell tea in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, and then simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Add the warm soy milk (or milk) and strain. If you like, you can sweeten the tea to taste, but it’s usually drunk without any added sweetener. I’ve known this tea since I was a child thanks to my grandmother. It has a slightly chocolatey flavor and is very warming. My grandmother always made it with regular milk, but I like it better with soy milk. You can buy cocoa shell tea at health food stores.
