  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 60 g fried onions
  • 60 g Roquefort
  • e.g. cocktail sauce

Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly and quarter it. Slice the avocados. Arrange on plates with blueberries, fried onions, and crumbled Roquefort cheese and serve. For the traditional preparation, the cocktail sauce is served separately in a small bowl. Enjoy.
