Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 220 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 15 drops of vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 large egg(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Line baking sheets with paper or baking mats. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cocoa. In a sufficiently large bowl, cream the butter with the sugars and flavoring until creamy. Stir in the egg and continue stirring until completely incorporated. Add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, stir in the chocolate pieces first with a mixer, then fold in again evenly with a spatula. Roll out teaspoon-sized mounds by hand and place on the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 12-15 minutes, but preferably 12 minutes. Leave on the baking sheet for a short time, then let cool completely on a wire rack.
