Vanilla apple cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of no-cook vanilla sauce powder
  • 1 kg apples or plums
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. Heat the margarine and milk together in a saucepan until the fat is liquid. Then, while still warm, pour it into the egg/sugar mixture and mix. Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the mixture. Stir in the sauce powder and don’t forget the pinch of salt. Dice the apples and add them to the batter. Grease a cake pan (either a springform pan or a baking sheet) well and pour in the batter. Baking time (springform pan): 1 hour at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Baking time (baking sheet): 30 minutes at 200°C (200°F).
