Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g sugar (season to taste)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork and mix with the quark, then stir the pudding into the quark mixture and season with sugar. Then chill everything for at least 1 hour. (If you like it creamy, you can also whip 1 cup of cream and fold it into the quark mixture at the end.)
