Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g sweet potatoes
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, unhulled
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
very good with beef, lamb, pork
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges. Mix them with oil, salt, and sesame seeds and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes, turning once during the baking process. This dish goes well with steak and other pan-fried meats.
