Vanilla Cream

The perfect vanilla cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 g Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Stevia
  • 1 Egg white
  1. Mix the pudding powder with some cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with salt and remove from the hob. Add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Season to taste with stevia.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the pudding. Pour the cream into portion bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
