Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g almond(s), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead thoroughly until a firm dough forms. Then refrigerate the dough for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C) (convection oven: 180°C). Roll the dough into small sausages and shape them into half-moons. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (until golden brown). Let cool briefly and dust with vanilla sugar while still lukewarm.
