Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • e.g. milk, low-fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark with vanilla sugar and honey. Stir in the milk until smooth, reaching the desired consistency. Tip: If you like, add chopped fruit, such as strawberries or canned fruit. This is a quick, varied, and, above all, healthy dessert. It’s a favorite with kids.
