Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 1 ½ egg yolks
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the ice cream maker or for the freezer

Place the one and a half egg yolks in a tall bowl and pour in the cream. Stir everything vigorously with a whisk. Carefully scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat everything with a hand mixer on high for about 30 seconds. Then add the mascarpone and stir vigorously. Freeze the ice cream mixture in an ice cream maker or in the freezer.
