Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
- 1 tbsp oil (pumpkin seed oil)
- some pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Lightly roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan, then let them cool on a plate. Meanwhile, pour the ice cream into a cup or bowl (preferably a light-colored one for a more attractive appearance). Pour the pumpkin seed oil over the ice cream and serve sprinkled with the seeds.
