Vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seed oil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 30 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • 6 pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spoon vanilla ice cream into a pretty dessert bowl and drizzle or pour over as much pumpkin seed oil as you like. Garnish with pumpkin seeds. Don’t think of pumpkin seed oil as a traditional frying oil; rather, it’s a delicious syrup.
