Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g currants
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 kg gelling sugar
- 2 lemons
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Puree the currants and finely grate the carrots. Mix and cook with the preserving sugar and the juice of two lemons for 4 minutes. Stir. Pour into jars while still hot.
