Vanilla Muffins (Cupcake Maker)

The perfect vanilla muffins (cupcake maker) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 ml Oil
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 g Flour
  • 30 g Strength
  • 9 g Vanilla cooking pudding powder
  • 0,5 packet Tartar baking powder

Gutenfrei and Milchrei

  1. For the gluten-free variant, I used the flour from Rewe Freivon. Do you want it dairy-free? The recipe works great with almond milk. The recipe makes about 8 muffins

preparation

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients together and gradually add the dry ingredients and work everything into a smooth dough. Now put the batter in the cupcakemaker and bake for 8 minutes. (corresponds to approx. 15-20 minutes in the stove at 160 degrees) Take out and let cool down. If you like more vanilla, serve it with a vanilla cream or cream as a topping 🙂
