Vanilla Curd Muffins

  • 125 g Quark lean
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
  • 1 glass Sour cherries
  • 1 Bowl Fresh raspberries
  1. Drain the sour cherries, wash the raspberries
  2. For the dough, mix all the ingredients together well and work them into a smooth dough
