Vanilla Curd Muffins
The perfect vanilla curd muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Quark lean
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 ml Oil
- 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
- 1 glass Sour cherries
- 1 Bowl Fresh raspberries
- Drain the sour cherries, wash the raspberries
- For the dough, mix all the ingredients together well and work them into a smooth dough
- 3 Fill the dough into a muffin tin (greased and floured) or into muffin paper molds and then pour it into the mold
- Alternate cherries and raspberries on top of the muffins
- bake with top / bottom heat about 180 degrees, hot air 160 degrees, gas level 2-3 6. Baking time about 25 minutes I then covered the muffins with a little frosting, you can certainly take powdered sugar and sprinkle over it, possibly. add chocolate chips to the dough or use chocolate pudding powder instead of vanilla pudding powder 😉
